Perry Watch: Texas governor stumps for GOP nominee in West Virginia
The Texas governor has told reporters and supporters that he is mulling a presidential bid in 2016 -- if Republican Mitt Romney is not elected this November. In the meantime, he's building his national network and collecting political IOUs.
