Texans cheer wide-ranging Romney speech
Even before balloons dropped in the convention center in Tampa, Mitt Romney had fired up Texas Republicans with carefully constructed attacks on the Obama administration, a promise to respect religious freedom and some glimpses into the policies he would push from the White House.
