UPDATE 1-Hain Celestial to buy Premier Foods' packaged grocery brands

Aug 22 (Reuters) - Hain Celestial agreed to acquire
some of the top packaged grocery brands of Britain's biggest
food group Premier Foods Plc for 200 million pounds
($316.07 million) in a cash and stock deal.
